IN - ABB launches Minerals Remote Monitoring Center

To enhance value proposition for all minerals and mining industry customers, ABB India recently launched the Minerals Remote Monitoring Center as part of ABB's R&D portfolio at Bhoruka Tech Park, Bangalore.

MiRMC is a solution based offering from ABB’s Minerals business unit. Manned by competent and experienced resources, MiRMC will provide value-based solutions for the continuously changing and demanding needs of the minerals and mining industry with stringent procedures and proven tools.

MiRMC offerings re emphasize ABB’s commitment to lower operating costs and increase productivity through improved availability and reduced down time and energy / process optimization. Quick turnaround time in resolving the customer issues and access to the global pool of system and process competences are unique value propositions offered by MiRMC.

Mr Satish Kolala Global BU Controller for Minerals, Process Automation division, inaugurated MiRMC operations on June 3rd 2011. Addressing the gathering, Mr Satish hailed this initiative as a one stop shop offering for ABB’s minerals and mining industry customers, providing seamless solutions.”

He congratulated the team for their efforts in bringing the idea to fruition in the shortest possible time.
