Securities Times, citing a company filing reported that Anhui Jianghuai Automotive reported a 17.05% YoY increase in auto sales to 148,400 units in the first three months.
The paper said that production volume in the first three months hit 144,700 units, up 15.51% YoY. Export volume reached 14,500 units, up 213.61% YoY. The Hefei based carmaker produced 55,300 vehicles and sold 55,600 vehicles in March.
Sales of heavy trucks rose 61.64% YoY to 3,847 units, while auto sales rose 26.37% YoY to 16,800 units.
