On May 27th 2011, the publicly traded companies Gerdau SA and Metalúrgica Gerdau SA will pay dividends referring to the first quarter of the year.
The Gerdau SA shareholders will receive BRL 102 million and Metalúrgica Gerdau SA shareholders will receive BRL 41 million.
