MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC presents the new Die Sinker EA28-V Advance. The all-round-machine operates on highest technology level but is very easy to use.
The new Advance CNC-PC control, introduced for Die Sinker EDM Systems in 2008 at the smaller EA12-V Advance, is a further step ahead in comfortable and workshop-orientated CNC controls.
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC developed it consequently orientated to the users needs, which allows even less experienced operators to achieve tremendous results – without limiting the possibilities for EDM experts. Reason for this is the integrated E.S.P.E.R. function, which selects automatically the optimum processing strategy based on only a few basic parameters. The EA28-V Advance collects experience like a machine user to provide this information for future tasks.
The new integrated process technologies reach highest efficiency with large processing areas as well as with rib processing, improving precision and productivity. The automatic modification of Basic Technologies and parameter setting, the automatic detection of the processing area, the optimum generator setting and creation of finest surfaces are further highlights of the EA28-V Advance, which is equipped with a high performance 120 Ampere power supply.
Travel path of 650 x 450 x 350 mm XYZ , work piece dimensions up to 1.050 x 760 x 350 mm and work piece weights up to 2 t enhance the application range. The EA28-V Advance is equipped with an automatic lift tank like her „smaller sister“ EA12-V Advance.
